OSU Medical Center is pleased to introduce ClassicElite, a free program created exclusively for people ages 60 and older. Designed to help members get more out of life, ClassicElite provides opportunities for new friendships, social activities and valuable health screenings and events. From monthly breakfast socials, free fitness classes and educational seminars, to in-hospital amenities such as express registration and free meals, ClassicElite offers something for everyone!

Applications are available at the main lobby desk and available for download here. Or you may call our program coordinator at 599-5204 and we will mail you an application.
Simply drop off your application at the front desk in a sealed envelope, fax it to us, or mail us the application to the address below. Once we process your your application, you will receive a free ClassicElite t-shirt, wellness notebook, lanyard, and schedule of events.
